Newer towers off the Infocity and Chandrasekharpur belt come with generous glazing and thin walls — great light, poor sound, and balconies that bake from March. Older builds around Saheed Nagar and Unit blocks have solid masonry, smaller windows and awkward beam drops. Coastal humidity is the constant: it decides which core material goes near the sink, whether a wardrobe back needs a moisture barrier, and how long a cheap laminate lasts.
We start every project with a site survey, not a catalogue. Measurements, light at two times of day, beam and duct positions, water pressure, and a straight conversation about how your family uses the home — joint or nuclear, how often you host, where the pooja space belongs, whether monsoon drying happens on the balcony or indoors.
