Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-10-08
This notice explains what ArtEvos Infra does with the information you give us through this website. We keep it short and specific on purpose.
What we collect
- Design brief and enquiry details — your name, phone number, and optionally your email, city, property address, home type, rooms, requirements, budget range, timeline and any notes you write.
- Basic technical data — the pages you visit and your approximate location, from our hosting provider's standard logs. We do not use this to identify you.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a design proposal and quotation, and stay in touch about your project. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside our own design and execution team except where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Submitted briefs are sent to a private Google Sheet controlled by ArtEvos Infra and, if you choose the WhatsApp option, delivered as a WhatsApp message to our studio number. Google's own privacy terms apply to that storage.
Cookies and advertising
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own at the time of writing. Your browser may store a single local value used to rate-limit repeated form submissions; it never leaves your device. If we later add Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta Pixel, this notice will be updated before they go live, and you will be able to opt out through Google's opt-out tool and your Meta ad settings.
How long we keep it
Our enquiry retention target is two years. We review records manually and remove enquiries that are no longer needed. Project records are kept for the duration of the workmanship warranty.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email artevosinfra@gmail.com or call +91 76848 91732 and we will action it within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are sent directly to our own endpoint, and we apply spam and abuse protections. No system is perfect, but we do not store payment details on this site at all.
Changes
If this notice changes we update the date at the top of this page.
