Estimates and prices
Every figure on this site — including the instant estimator, the cost guide and the price tables on service pages — is indicative only. It is not a quotation and does not create a contract. Your actual price depends on scope, site condition, material selection and prevailing market rates, and is confirmed only in a written quotation signed by both parties.
Enquiries
Submitting the design brief starts a conversation; it does not book a project or reserve a slot. A project is confirmed only when a written scope and quotation are agreed.
Images
Photographs on this site are used to illustrate design styles and finishes. Unless a page states otherwise, they are reference imagery rather than photographs of completed client projects.
Warranty
Warranty terms — including the workmanship warranty and the separate manufacturer warranties on hardware and appliances — are set out in your project agreement. Nothing on this website extends or replaces those terms.
Intellectual property
Designs, drawings, 3D visuals and this website's content remain the property of ArtEvos Infra until a project is paid in full, after which the design deliverables for your home are yours to keep and use.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for reliance on website content is limited to correcting the content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have jurisdiction.
