Turnkey interior projects in Bhubaneswar
Design, civil work, carpentry, painting, installation and styling — coordinated by one team, on one schedule, with one point of contact.

Why turnkey usually costs less than managing it yourself
Running your own contractors looks cheaper on paper. In practice the cost lands in the gaps: the electrician who comes before the carpenter has finished, the tile that arrives short by six boxes, the fortnight lost waiting for a plumber. Turnkey removes those gaps because one schedule governs everyone.
You get one quotation, one timeline, one person to call, and one warranty covering the work.
What's included
How the money works
Payments are milestone-based, never everything up front:
| Stage | What happens | Typical share |
|---|---|---|
| Booking | Design starts, site measured, 3D begins | 10% |
| Design sign-off | 3D approved, materials frozen, production begins | 40% |
| Mid-execution | Civil and carpentry substantially complete | 40% |
| Handover | Snags closed, styling done, keys returned | 10% |
Exact percentages are confirmed in your written quotation before any payment is made. We can also connect you with no-cost and low-interest EMI options through finance partners.
Timeline
A typical 2–3 BHK turnkey project runs 8–16 weeks on site after design sign-off. Villas and duplexes with significant civil work run longer. You get a week-by-week schedule up front and a written update against it every week.
What is not included
So there are no surprises: structural changes needing society or authority approval, appliances and electronics, loose furniture you buy yourself, and any statutory deposits your apartment association charges for work. All of these are called out in the quotation.
